1. Your right to deletion

boost flowz, trade name of Boost Flowz Negócios Digitais Ltda., registered under CNPJ number 61.696.933/0001-50, respects your right to deletion of personal data as provided by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 - LGPD).

You may request the deletion of the personal data we have collected about you at any time, except when the law requires us to retain it.

2. What data can be deleted

You may request deletion of:

• Name, email and phone number provided in contact forms
• Information shared in conversations or commercial diagnoses
• Browsing data and cookies associated with your profile
• Any other personal data we have collected through our platforms or integrations

3. How to request deletion

Send an email to contato@boostflowz.com with the following information:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email or phone number used when interacting with boost flowz

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt by email within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 15 business days from that confirmation.

4. Data that cannot be immediately deleted

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data due to legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, even after your request. In these cases, we will inform you of the reason and applicable retention period in the confirmation response.

5. Deletion of data on third-party platforms

Deletion from our systems does not affect data you may have shared directly with third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram or Google). To delete data on those platforms, use the privacy tools available on each of them.
